MOUNDRIDGE — Lillie M. Boesker, 89, of Moundridge died Tuesday (Nov. 28, 2006) at Memorial Home in Moundridge.
She was born April 7, 1917, in McPherson County to Walter J. and Anna (Buehler) Hoyer.
She was a lifetime area resident and had been a homemaker. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Moundridge.
On April 12, 1942, she married Albert "Buck" Boesker in Canton. He died on Jan. 27, 1996.
Survivors include: sons, Roland Boesker of Burns and Dwight Boesker of Peabody; daughters, Ruth Boesker and Ruby Jantzen, both of Moundridge; sister, Helen Rice of Greenleaf; two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Yvonne Boesker; brother, Norman Hoyer; foster brother, Carlton Johnson; and foster sisters, Martha Vogts and Florence Rahe.
A family committal service has taken place. Burial was in Spring Valley Cemetery of Meridian Township in rural Moundridge.
Memorial contributions may be made to Moundridge Historical Society in care of Moundridge Funeral Home in Moundridge.
