Maggie May Hausman, 91 of 115 Washington St, Bettsville, a homemaker died at her residence at 11:17 a.m. Tuesday.

Born November 8, 1891, in Green Springs, she was a daughter of William and Isabelle (Gander) Wise. She married Charles R. Hausman June 19, 1911, at the First Evangelical Reformed Church in Fremont. He died in 1966. She was also preceded in death by her parents and two brothers.

Surviving are sons and daughters, Charles Hausman, Houghton Lake, Mich.; Irma Beckley of Fremont, Lois Williams, Bettsville, with whom Mrs. Hausman had made her home for the last 16 years; Eldred Hausman, St Augustine, Fla.; Mrs. Paul (Margaret) Cochey, Fremont; Willis Hausman, Fremont, Ralph Hausman, Rockwood, Mich.; Mrs Kenneth (Myrtle) Ackerman, Fremont; Mrs. Robert (Rita) Justi, Milan; Mrs. Calvin (Inez) Smith, Fremont; Donald Hausman, Nashville, Ark.; Mrs. Nicholas (Alice) Lauer, Fort Myers, FL; 34 grandchildren; two step grandchildren; 57 great grandchildren; four step great grandchildren; and 18 great great grandchildren.

Mrs. Hausman was a member of the First United Church of Christ, the NABA, Womans Relief Corps and Navy Mothers.

The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Weller Wonderly Funeral Home with the Rev. Robert Quillen officiating. Burial will be in the Green Springs Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 9 tonight and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday.

It was suggested that any memorial tributes be to the Easter Seal Society or to donor's choice.
