A native of Winder, she attended Helen First Baptist Church and was co-owner of Tims Wooden Toys. Her father, Luther Garrett; and brother, John Garrett preceded her in death.
Survivors include: Her mother, Doris Garrett of Winder; husband, Tim Bramlett of Helen; stepdaughters, Brooke Parks-Allen and Molly Tucker, both of Fernandina Beach, FL, and Brittany Bramlett of Houston, TX; brother, Bob Garrett of Bethlehem; and 5 grandchildren.
