HOLD LAST RITES FOR S.J. LEMON
Funeral services for Stephen J. Lemon, 86, were held Tuesday afternoon from the Stackus Funeral Home with Reverend Howard Webster officating and burial at Maple Lawn Cemetery.
Mr. Lemon was born March 18, 1867 in northern Michigan and had lived here most of his life. He died at Grandvue Hospital September 26.
He is survived by his wife, Mary; two sons, Harold, of Grand Rapids, and Lloyd of Battle Creek; two daughters, Mrs. Louise (Donald) Moses and Mrs. Carolyn (Roy) McCleary, of Boyne City and 12 grandchildren.

We wish to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to our neighbors and friends for the kindness and sympathy show in our recent bereavement, the illness and death of our husband and father. RITES ARE SET FOR TUESDAY
BOYNE CITY- Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Tuesday from the Stackus Funeral Home here for Stephen J. Lemon, 86, a life-long resident of Boyne City, who died Saturday at the Grandvue Hospital near East Jordan.
The Reverend H.A. Webster will officiate and burial is to be in Maple Lawn Cemetery.
Surviving are the wife, Mary; two sons, Harold of Grand Rapids and Lloyd of Battle Creek; two daughters, Mrs. Donald Moses of Spring Lake and Mrs. Roy McCleary of Boyne City; and 12 grandchildren.
