Survivors include her husband, George A. Arthur; a daughter, Melinda Hayes, at home; a stepson, Stephen Arthur; a stepdaughter, Sarah Arthur; two brothers, Ken and Mark Moore of Erie; a sister, Karen Kotyuk and her husband, Stephen, of Waterford; a niece; and three nephews.
Burial will be at Wintergreen Gorge Cemetery.
