RETIRED BAGGAGEMAN DIES THIS MORNING
John Charles Armstrong, 77, 735 E. Walnut street, who retired several years ago after 45 years' service as a baggageman for the North Western railroad, died this morning after a two weeks illness.
Survivors are two brothers, James and Henry, Green Bay; two nephews, Roy J. Allen, Green Bay; John C. Allen, Chicago; and one niece, Mrs. William Davis, Minneapolis, Minn.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday afternoon at the Findeisen-Greiser funeral chapel by the Rev. Mager McMurray. Burial will be in the Woodlawn cemetery.
