Mrs. B.W. Billings Dies From Illness
Services will be conducted at 3pm Today
Mrs. Ella Turner Billings, formerly of Sarah, Miss., died at 8:30pm Sunday at the home of her son, N.H. Billings Sr. of 4797 Tutwiler, after a four month illness. She was 74.

Mrs. Billings was born in Memphis and lived in Shelby County until moving to Mississippi about 10 years ago. She and her husband, B.W. Billings, returned to memphis four months ago and had been living with their son at the Tutwiler address.

She was a member of Chambers Chapel, 15 miles east of Memphis on Highway 64, and the Methodist Church at Truslo, Miss.

She leaves her husband, two daughters, Mrs. J.C. Rettinger of Poplarville, Miss., and Mrs. W.D. French of Chicago, and three other sons, H.J. Billings, M.A. Billings and B.S. Billings, all of Memphis.

Servces will be held at 3pm today at Chambers Chapel with burial at Chambers Chapel Cemetery, Citizens Funeral Home of West Memphis has charge.
