Hannah Beddoe, 87, of Montdale, died Tuesday at the Hospice Unit in the Community Medical Center. She was the wife of Tennyson E. Beddoe, who died Nov. 13, 2001. Born in Peckville, daughter of the late John and Doris Newton Thomas, Hannah was a lifelong member of Montdale United Methodist Church and was very active in all offices and functions of the church, including scouting programs and the food pantry. She was a graduate of Scott High School. Hannah was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend who loved spending time with her family and working for her church. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Leighton Thomas; and three sisters, Dolly Owens, Betty Brown and Florence Thomas. The funeral will be Monday at 11 a.m. in Montdale United Methodist Church. Interment will be in Scott Valley Cemetery at the convenience of the family. Arrangements: Robert E.
