Madge W. Bucher, 90, of Bloomfield, passed away Thursday, September 15, 2011 at Terre Haute Regional Hospital.
Born May 29, 1921 in Greene County, Indiana she was the daughter of Ared Walter and Mary Jane (Simmers) Warren.
Madge worked at Sarkes Tarzan, Inc. in Bloomington, and the Bloomfield School Cafeteria. She was a member of the Bloomfield Mary Rebecca Lodge and the First Christian Church.
She is survived by her son Teddy Eldon Bucher (Ann) of Bloomfield, two grandchildren, Timothy Alan Bucher of Decatur, Illinois and Jana Lynne Johnson of Bloomfield.
She was preceded in death by her husband Henry Bucher on October 10, 1987; one granddaughter Amy Lynne Bucher, one brother John Edward Warren, and her parents.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. Monday until the hour of service at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield.
Services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, Steptember 19, 2011 at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield with Rev. Arlen Pope officiating. Burial will follow at Antioch Cemetery in Bloomfield.
