KINSLEY - Beulah J. Gilmore, 91, died June 28, 2007, at Villa Maria, Mulvane.

She was born June 27, 1916, in Benton County, Ark., the daughter of William T. and Clara Belle Clark Gilmore [sic]. A resident of Kinsley, formerly of Hutchinson, she had owned a motel and a restaurant.

She belonged to the Kinsley Christian Church, and was a past member of Park Place Christian Church, Hutchinson, and the Rozel Baptist Church, Rozel.

On Aug. 20, 1934, she married Dee Gilmore. He died Feb. 3, 2000.

Survivors include: a son, Milton, Munster, Ind.; three daughters, Zoe Cooper, Overland Park, Gloria Brake, Kinsley, and Mae Taylor, Mulvane; a brother, Tom Selby, Sulphur Springs, Ark.; 14 grandchildren; and 28 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one brother; two sisters; and two granddaughters.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the Kinsley Christian Church, with the Rev. Sara Davis Blodgett presiding. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery.

Memorials may be sent to the Kinsley Christian Church, in care of McKillip Funeral Home, Kinsley.
