LENA MAE BURTON, 83, took her rest on Saturday, Sept. 3, 2011, at her home. She was born in Gainesville, Ala. and moved to Fort Wayne in 2003. She was a faithful Mother of Greater Faith Baptist Church. Surviving are two sons, Michael (JoAnn) and Rev. James M. (Theresa) Burton; two daughters, Bessie (Charlie) Adams and Evang. Earlean Stephens; siblings, Lula Brown, Virginia (Ransom) Reaves, Marie Fancher, Minnie Lewis, Gloria Love, Sylvester, James and Robert Lewis; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. Service is 10 a.m. Saturday at Greater Faith Baptist Church, 625 E. Wayne St., with calling starting at 9 a.m. Burial in Highland Park Cemetery. Arrangements by Ellis Funeral Home.
