The Fort Wayne native was a member of the advisory board of the Wayne Township Trustee's office and an employee of Fort Wayne Community Schools.
Surviving are sisters, Flora Bell Calland and Deloris Patsy Madison, and a brother, Fealing Talley Jr., all of Fort Wayne.
