Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. today at the Davis Mortuary, Tremont.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Kankakee Memorial Gardens. The Rev. Dr. Daryl Clemens will officiate.
Burial will be in Kankakee Memorial Gardens.
Memorials may be made to St. John's United Church of Christ, 1045 W. River, Kankakee, where she was a member.
She was born Oct. 28, 1912, in Kankakee, the daughter of John and Emma Magsin Young.
Her husband, George E. Abts, whom she married Feb. 1, 1936, in Kankakee, died May 5, 1988.
Surviving are one son and daughter-in-law, Gary G. and Linda Abts of Tremont; two grandchildren, Carrie Theobald and Eric Abts; and three great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two sons, Dennis and Ronald Abts; and three brothers.
Mrs. Abts was employed by the Bear Brand Hosiery Co. and L and S Bait Co. in Kankakee retiring in 1974.
