Born February 23, 1930 in Pekin to Henry and Mary (Lauss) Herren, she married Marvin Bolson on June 12, 1971 in Pekin.
Surviving are her husband; 2 sons, Keith Needham of Decatur and Larry (Barb) Needham of Pekin; and 1 sister, Virginia Mathias of Pekin.
She was preceded in death by 4 sisters.
Pauline worked in the cafeteria at Pekin High School for 18 years. Previously, she had worked for Caterpillar, Inc.
She was a member of the Izaak Walton League Chapter 85 in Havana, where she was affectionately known as the "Peanut Brittle Lady". She was also a member of the VFW Post 1232 Ladies Auxiliary in Pekin.
She enjoyed playing BINGO, cards, fishing, and gambling.
Burial will be in Glendale Memorial Gardens in Pekin.
