THE PARIS NEWS, Tuesday, June 27, 2000, page 10: ’Billa J. Ballard, 36, 2160 Graham St., died Monday, June 26, 2000, at Christus St. Joseph’s Hospital. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 28, at Bright-Holland Funeral Home with Nolan Butler officiating. Burial will be in Meadowbrook Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Mrs. Ballard was born May 29, 1964, in Paris to Billy Finley and Betty Burchinal Henry. She married David Ballard June 16, 1984, in Paris. She was a member of College Church of Christ and the North Texas Support Group for Ataxia. Surviving are her husband; two children, Jenni Kay Ballard and Joey Kyle Ballard, both of the home; her grandfather, William L. ‘Bill’ Burchincal, Rt. 2, Paris; three brothers, Joseph L. ‘Jody’ Henry of Paris, Lee Henry of Dallas, and Jason Henry of Paris; and numerous aunts, uncles, in-laws, cousins and friends. Pallbearers will be Eric Burchincal, Mike Haydon, David Zant, Randy Ballard, Danny Ballard and Keith Mitchell.′
