MARY IACANO (nee Zevely) age 102, passed away at home after a long illness on September 20, 2010. She was born in Little Italy, a daughter of Marian (Pietraroia) and Anthony Zevely. She and her husband Joseph lived in Cleveland, where they raised 6 children.
Mary is preceded in death by her husband Joseph, sister Christina Tumino, brothers John and Joseph Zevely, sons Manuel and Anthony Iacano and granddaughters Gina Russ Delhees and Rosemary Svoda. Survivors include her daughters, Angela Iacano, Lena LaPorta, Frances Iacano and Mary Jo Russo, 13 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and more than 8 great great grandchildren.
Mass of Christian Burial 10 AM Friday September 24 at Our Lady of Peace Church. Interment Calvary Cemetery.
