Rock/Heavy Metal Musician. A member of the rock group, "Riot" which was formed in 1976 in New York, New York, at first by guitarist Mark Reale, vocalist Guy Speranza, guitarist L.A. Kouvaris, bassist Jimmy Iommi, and drummer Peter Bitelli. In 1977 they released there debut album, "Rock City" and that same year Kouvaris was replaced by guitarist Rick Ventura, and then in 1979, the group released the album, "Narita" with Iommi and Bitelli also leaving the group. They were replaced by bassist Kip Leming and drummer Sandy Slavin, and soon began touring in support of groups like AC/DC and Molly Hatchet, with the release of there 1981 album, "Fire Down Under" soon after. Another blow came to the band when Speranza quit the group, which the band never fully recovered from, but did bring the arrival of Forrester. In 1982 the new group released the album, "Restless Breed in 1982, and "Made In America" in 1984, soon afterwards Reale announced that he was reforming the group and changed the name to, 'The Mark Reale Project' later reforming 'Riot' in 1986, with vocalist Tony Moore, bassist Don Van Stavern, and drummer Bobby Jarombek. The new group released the albums, "Thundersteel" in 1988, and "The Privilege Of Power" in 1991, and adding guitarist Mike Flyntz, and bassist Pete Perez, who replaced Stavern. The group toured in Japan and released the album, "Riot In Japan Live!!!" In 1994 they did, "Nightbreaker" and in 1996 "The Brethren Of The Long House!" In 1996 Jarzombek quit and left to do, "Irishmore" in 1996, and "Song Of The Society" in 1999. Rhett Forrester was murdered on January 22, 1994, and his killers were never caught. His recordings with 'Riot' include, "Hard Lovin' Man" "CIA" "When I Was Young" "Loonshark" Loved By You" "Over To You" "Showdown" "Dream Away" "Violent Crimes" "You Burn To Me" "Wings Of Fire" "Running From The Law" "Devil Woman" "Vigilante Killer" "Heavy Metal Machine" "Where Soldiers Rule" "Gunfighter" and "Promised Land." Before joining 'Riot' he also was a member of 'Virgin Steel' formed in 1981, and after his death, 3 solo albums of his were released, "Hell On Highwater" (1996), "Gone With The Wind" (2001), and "Even The Score" which featured the tracks, "You Will Be Mine" "Ready For Love" "Assume The Position" "I Must Be Crazy" "Burning Heart" "Payin' The Price" "See You In My Dreams" "Leading Me On" and "Last Fair Deal Gone Down."
