WINONA DEATHS - WILMER EARL BRAATZ

Wilmer Braatz, 40, 367 High Forest Street, a butcher at Swift & Co., died Monday evening at the Winona General Hospital where he was taken by ambulance after suffering a heart attack.

He was born at Witoka on June 25, 1912, and is survived by his wife, Harriet, four children, James, Mary Ann, Judith and Carol, five brothers, Harold, Charles, Earl, Clarence and Robert, all of Winona and six sisters, Mrs. Roy (Margaret) Rose, Goodview; Mrs. Arthur (Dorothy) Klagge, Mrs. Frank (Helen) Kunda, Mrs. Arthur (Florence) Dionysius, Mrs. Eugene (Betty) Czaplewski, all of Winona and Mrs. Earl (Marian) Johnson of Rushford.

He was a member of the Holy Name Society of St. Stanislaus Church.

Funeral services will be held Friday at the Borzyskowski Mortuary at 8:30 a.m. and at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church at 9 a.m. The Rev. N. F. Grulkowski will be in charge. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.

Friends may call at the mortuary Wednesday evening after 7 p.m. and Thursday afternoon after 2 p.m. and Thursday evening. The rosary will be said on Wednesday at the mortuary at 7:30 p.m. Father Grulkowski will lead on Thursday evening with the Holy Name Society meeting at the mortuary at 7:30 p.m.
