Deceased Name: Blas S. Aguilar, Sr.
OKEECHOBEE - Blas S. Aguilar, Sr, age 85 of Okeechobee, died Thursday, May 20, 2010 in Raulerson Hospital.
He was born February 3, 1925 in San Antonio, Texas to the late Cecilios and Marcella Aguilar.
He is survived by his son, Blas C. Aguilar of Okeechobee; daughters, Guadalupe (Oriel) Rodriguez, Rose Kendall, Irma (Jose) Aguilar, Marcelina (Ramon) Acevedo, all of Okeechobee; 20 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, May 22, from 4 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Services will be held on Sunday, May 23 at 1:00 p.m. in the Buxton Funeral Home Chapel. Interment to follow in Evergreen Cemetery.
All arrangements are entrusted to the loving care of the Buxton Funeral Home and Crematory, 110 NE 5th Street, Okeechobee, Fl.
