Mrs. E.L. Comstock Passed Away

Menahga Journal:

Last Monday Morning Mrs. E.L Cross Received a telegram stating that her mother was dead. No further information was received until Thursday, when a letter was.
received stating that Mrs. Comstock had a relapse of the grip, and it proved too much for her, she passed away Sunday.

Mrs. Comstock was expected to arrive here from the west last week, but Saturday Mrs. Cross received a letter stating that she was not well enough to travel. She was sick with the grip and was about recovered when taken worse. The remains will be brought and funeral services held.

Mrs. Harriet Comstock was 64 years of age and is survived by one son, E.L. Comstock os Silverton, Oregon, and three daughters, Mrs. E.L. Cross of this place, Mrs, Deppew of Park Rapids Minnesota, Mrs. W.R. Gregory of Siilverton. The funeral will be held at the Methodist church Sunday afternoon at 3 o'clock .
