Mrs. Lois Burt

CLAYTON. Oct 9 - Mrs. Lois Burt, a life-long resident of Clayton, died suddenly in her home early this morning. Mrs. Burt, who was 72 years old, had undergone a period of failing health but her death was unexpected.
She was born in Dover township and spent her entire life in the community. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Frances L. Every of Adrian, a son, Sheldon Burt of Clayton; and four sisters, Mrs. Mary Becannen of Clayton, Mrs. Libbie Myers and Mrs. Leonard Stoddard of Rome Center, and Mrs. Margaret Bates of Saginaw. Three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren are also living.
The funeral will be at the Everiss Funeral Home at 1:30 Thursday afternoon, and the burial will be at the family lot in the North Dover cemetery.
