GIELATA, Mary A. (Kaszar), 88, of Toronto, Ohio, passed away Monday, Aug. 22, 2011, at her home.

Mary was born in Cleveland, Ohio, Dec. 15, 1922, daughter of the late George and Katherine (Bodnar) Kaszar.

Mary was a member of the St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Toronto, Ohio, where she was also a member of the CWC. She was retired from Hancock Manufacturing Co. also in Toronto.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel who passed away in 1982; three brothers, Joseph, George and Steve Kaszar and her sister, Irene Kaszar.

Mary is survived by 13 nieces and nephews

Visitation for Mary is Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at J.E. Foster Funeral Home, 701 Findley St. Toronto, Ohio. Prayer service is Thursday at 9:30 a.m. at the funeral home, followed by her Funeral Liturgy with Mass at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church on North River Avenue in Toronto. Father Thomas Vennitti will celebrate her Mass. Burial follows in Island Creek Cemetery. Vigil service is Wednesday at 3:45 p.m.
