Elizabeth Bollinger, 78, of Manila, died Monday at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro.

Born at Blytheville, she was the daughter of the late Clyde John and Guy Eula Pillow Lutes.

She was a 1952 graduate of Blytheville High School. She had been a Manila resident for over 50 years and was a longtime member of the First Baptist Church.

Mrs. Bollinger was a phlebotomist and respiratory therapist and retired from the former Baptist Memorial Hospital in Blytheville.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister, Rosemary Lutes, a brother, Ruff Lutes, and an infant son Mark David Bollinger.

Survivors include her husband, Jimmie D. Bollinger of Manila

3 daughters;
Terri Lisa Browning and her husband, Clifford,
Mollie Beth Bollinger and
Amanda Leigh Adams, all of Manila

2 brothers;
John Lutes of Blytheville
Henry Lutes of Sugar Land, Texas

She also leaves 4 grandchildren; Jim Henry Bollinger, Stephanie Corter, Elizabeth Kennett, and Ashley Johnson, and 5 great-grandchildren; Mark Evan Corter, Jacob Corter, Byron Kisner, Addison Bollinger, and Luke Ryne Rose.

Funeral services were held at the Howard Funeral Service Chapel in Manila. Burial was in Manila Cemetery.
