Born October 25, 1931 in Limestone Twp., Montour County, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Helen (Stamm) Appleman.
She was married to Marlin C. Aucker for 58 years.
She attended Danville schools and graduated from Milton High School with the class of 1949.
A homemaker most of her married life, she had also delivered the Danville News for six years and earlier in life had worked at the former J.J. Newberry's, Milton and the Milton Shoe Factory.
She was a life-time member of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, Turbotville.
Surviving besides her husband, Marlin, are two sons: the Rev. Kerry R. (Karen) Aucker of Lock Haven and Kevin L. Aucker of Milton.
She was preceded in death by a son, Terry L. Aucker and a brother, W. Dale Appleman.
In keeping with her wishes, there will be no public viewing and private graveside services will be held at the family's convenience in Turbotville Cemetery with her son, the Rev. Kerry R. Aucker officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions in her memory be made to Zion Lutheran Church, PO Box 277, Turbotville, PA 17772.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Brooks Funeral Home, 207 Broadway St., Turbotville.
