Funeral services for Lisa Darlene Allison, 46, of Las Vegas, Nev., formerly of Cookeville, will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 21, from the chapel of Dyer Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Crest Lawn Memorial Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 20, and from 1 p.m. until time of services on Sunday at the funeral home.
Miss Allison passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 16, 2011, in Las Vegas.
She was born Dec. 7, 1964, to Ila Mae Phillips and the late Edward Phillips.
Lisa loved helping people and spent her working career as a loving caregiver and as a nurse.
In addition to her mother, her family includes a daughter and son-in-law, Devan Allison and Aris Salas; a granddaughter, Alexa Salas of Las Vegas; her twin sister, Teresa Pass of Monterey; a brother, Jonathon Phillips of Monterey; and several aunts, uncles and a host of friends and family.
Bro. Frankie Bledsoe will officiate at the services.
