PORTSMOUTH - Sean Paul Brainard, 28, of Rodgers Place, passed away Friday, Feb. 25, 2011. A native of Portsmouth, Sean is survived by his parents Pamela and William Brainard Jr.; two brothers, William F. Brainard III and Larry M. Brainard; and maternal grandmother, Mildred Juanita Jackson, all of Portsmouth; paternal grandparents, Darlene and William Brainard of Massena, N.Y.; and a niece, Alexandra Elise Brainard. A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Snellings Funeral Home, George Washington Highway Chapel. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
