Daughter of Thomas and Anne Courtney. Married D.B. Wilkerson in the early 1930's.

Anyone who was close to the ministry of Kenneth E. Hagin knew about the ministry of Jeanne Wilkerson. She was a awesome prophetess of the Lord, with a strong prayer ministry. When the Word of the Lord would come to Sister Wilkerson in a Brother Hagin meeting, he would allow her to give the Word of the Lord. She was one of the very few who he would allow. There were times she would come in late and sit in the back of the room where he was ministering. Brother Hagin would stop and say, "Sister Wilkerson, I know you're here. I felt you when you came into the room. Come up here and give the Word of the Lord". Here are a few special nuggets about her that most people don't know, I got these from her grandson Brent Olsson. He said he knew Jeanne on a very personal level. When she was ministering her personality was different. She was not loud or demonstrative like when she ministered. When the anointing of the Holy Spirit came on her , when she spoke, it was like she was a totally different person. She was also, very devoted to the details of her family. She spoke to both of her daughters on a daily basis. Jeanne's home was spotless and meticulously clean. Jeanne was a perfectionist with everything in its proper place. Many people from all kinds of different backgrounds would call on her, to come to her house for spiritual counseling and prayer. She had a desk in the living room where she would meet with her guests and minister to them. After she passed away, her desk was opened to see what contents were left. There were stacks of money found in her desk. She had a stash of money that she would have on hand to give to her guests who were in need. She operated on such a level of compassion. Jeanne was a giver and helped Freda Lindsey raise a lot of money for Christ For The Nations , Rhema and ORU. Brent said "My mother Marilyn often would travel with Jeanne and sing. Jeanne thought it was so important to have the right kind of worshipful atmosphere, so the Holy Spirit could freely do his work in a meeting. Often times my mother would have a message in tongues just after she finished her song, and Jeanne would have the interpretation."
