He was employed for the last nine years as a mason with Anaconda Wire in Hastings-on-Hudson. At the age of 17 he joined the Seabees in the Pacific Theatre during World War II. A native of Yonkers, he was the son of Joseph Orzuk and the Late Sophie Silka. He was the husband of Eleanor Bugos who he married in Most Holy Trinity Church in 1949. He was a parishioner of St Casimirs Church.
