Maggie was born to William Franklin and Mary Turner Eaves. She married Alfred John Ebble White in Texas in about 1904 and they had six children: Frances Ruth, Mary, Alfred John Jr., Oscar Omega, Faye Viola, and William. The family moved to Oklahoma by 1910.

She divorced Alfred in about 1919, and moved her three youngest children and herself into her parents' house in Pontotoc County, Oklahoma.

She married a Mr. Turner, given name unknown, in about 1922 and had twin girls, Virgie and Verdie, and one more daughter, Deola, with him before he died.

She met Mr. Gabler, given name unknown, in the vicinity and married him in about 1925. They had a daughter, Linnie, and son, James. Maggie continued living in Pontotoc County, Oklahoma the rest of her life.
