MABEN~~~~~Bonnie Williams Farley, 61, died Aug. 4, 2011, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo.

Services were Saturday at 3 p.m. at the Marvin Hill Congregational Methodist Church with the Rev. Raleigh Richter officiating and the Rev. John Foles assisting. Burial followed in Marvin Hill Cemetery near Maben. Calvert Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Farley was born Sept. 2, 1949, in Starkville, to the late Sarah Elizabeth Arick and Tom Lee Williams. She was a retired school teacher and taught special education at Montpelier, Alcorn Central, Starkville and Wheeler. She was a member of Marvin Congregational Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Bessie Davis, Lou Simpson and Carolyn Jackson. She is survived by her husband, William W. Farley of Maben; daughters, Chelle Stephenson of Rienzi, and Janeen Richards of Lexington, S.C.; brother, Neal Williams of Cedar Bluff; and two grandchildren. Pallbearers were Don Hodnett, Derrick Simpson, Jeff Williams, Christopher Gordon, Farley Fondren and Mark Davis.
