Carolyn was a devoted wife, mother, homemaker, foster care mother and hostess to many in her home. She was a member of the former South Christian Street Mennonite Church and when she began residing at Landis Homes, she joined the West End Mennonite Church of Lancaster. She was extremely fond of both churches. Her hugs, smiles and open acceptance of everyone she met will be greatly missed.
She is survived by: four children, Frank (husband of Ely Soto, Colombia, South America), Judy Albrecht-Bunting (wife of Marv Bunting, Pocomoke City, MD), Chuck (husband of Nancy, New Danville, PA), and Linda Albrecht (Kinde, MI); 11 grandchildren. She is also survived by three siblings: Gladys E. Keener (wife of Carl S. Keener, State College, PA), Lillian Knouse (wife of Samuel Knouse, Richfield, PA) and Carl Swartz, (Salem, OR).
