Carole Rogers Bates, 74, of Norcross, GA, died July 21, 2011. Mrs. Bates was a homemaker and member of Peachtree Corners Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Bill E. Bates of Norcross; son and daughter-in-law, David & Larisa Bates of Birmingham, AL; daughter and son-in-law, Brenda & Scott Carlton of Duluth; sister and brother-in-law, Barbara & Jim Masik of Dunwoody; and one grandson, Stephan Carlton. A private service was held Sunday, July 24th at Crowell Brothers Peachtree Chapel in Norcross with burial in Peachtree Memorial Park.
