"Services for Claude C. Ferris Sr., 79, of 1371 North Morningside Drive NE will be at 11:30 a.m. Thursday at Spring Hill, burial in Westview Cemetery. Mr. Ferris, a retired insurance executive, died Tuesday following a heart attack. He was a veteran of World War I and a former member of the Atlanta Athletic Club and Druid Hills Golf Club. Survivors include his widow and sons, C.C. Ferris, Jr., and Robert H. Ferris, all of Atlanta."
