Warren L. Bender, 80, husband of Sadie Betz Bender of 1139 Greiner St., Lebanon, died last night at his home. He had been ill for three months. Born in Downingtown, he was the son of the late John and Matilda Bender. Mr. Bender was a retired vice president of the Downingtown Paper Co.; a member of the Central Presbyterian Church, Downingtown; Williamson Lodge 309, F and AM, Downingtown; Benjamin Franklin Consistory of Philadelphia; Rajah Shrine of Reading and the Lebanon County Shrine Club. Surviving, in addition to his wife, are two step-sons, Kenneth Koch and Ronald Koch, both of Lebanon; a stepdaughter, Savilla, wife of Carl Dohner of Lebanon; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
