MRS. CHAPPELL, 81, DIES; FUNERAL SERVICES SET - Mrs. Eva Lowrey Chappell, 81, of 1203 Trenton St., West Monroe, died early today at her home following a long illness.
Funeral services will be held from Peters Funeral Chapel tomorrow at 10 a.m. with the Rev. H. L. Sampson and the Rev. H. L. Driskell officiating.
Burial will be in the Hasley Cemetery.
Mrs. Chappell was the widow of J. D. Chappell who was associated with the lumber business. A native of Cadeville, Mrs. Chappell had lived most of her life in West Monroe.
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. E. W. Cruse of Monroe; Mrs. William Wilkerson of West Monroe and Mrs. Ralph Wright of Glorieta, N. Mex.; two sons, J. T. Chappell of Baton Rouge, and Fred H. Chappell of San Francisco, Calif.; two grand-children and seven great grand-children.
