Anna Lucille Daniel, 93, of Westville died on Thursday (July 14, 2011) at Provena United Samaritans Medical Center, Danville.
She was born April 28, 1918 in Catlin to John Robert and Mae Wilson Williams. She married Paul Stokes on April 24, 1937. He preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her parents; sister, Hazel Simpson and an infant daughter.
She later married Carl Daniel on June 11, 1983 in Hoopeston. He survives. She also is survived by two sons, Robert L. (Susan) Stokes of Mattoon and Glenn "Sonny" H. (Melinda) Stokes of Weslaco, Texas; step-son, Alan Daniel of Westville; step-daughter, Charlotte (Larry) Rostron of New Lenox; grandson, Nicholas Stokes of St. Joseph; 10 step-grandchildren and 11 step-great-grandchildren.
