Dylan's case is still open, it has never closed. No one to this day has ever been charged, arrested, or anything else. There are "7" suspects in this case, they were all home when this happened, and we have proof they were there on that date when the abuse took place. Dylan was born 100% normal, no birth defects, he was a premie at 36 weeks, but came home safe and sound. He was a healthy little boy all the way up till August 3, 2008 when he was rushed to TCH unresponsive. Since our case is still opened, I cannot say much about it now, but I can share some things. He was in the hospital 67 days after the abuse. He then came home safe to his Grammie and myself. Dylan had a whole new life after that, now a special needs child, hooked to oxygen, heart monitors, feeding pumps and so much more. He also had to have nursing care, pt, ot, and st. Dylan passed away from his injuries on July 19, 2009. He almost made it a year from it. His death has been ruled a HOMICIDE.
