Robert A. Nordrum, age 91 of Pine City died on Thursday, July 7, 2011 at the Lakeside Medical Center in Pine City. Robert was born on April 25, 1920 at Pine City to Arthur and Mildred (Hansen) Nordrum. Robert served his country in the U.S. Army during WW II. After returning from military duty he worked as a carpenter his entire life. Robert is survived by his children, Chris (Arleen) Nordrum of Beauford, GA; Arnold Nordrum of Minneapolis; Carolyn Vitalis of Washkish; Marilyn Nordrum of Rush City; Barb Nordrum of Pine City; Eloise Taylor of Apache Junction, AZ and Valerie Nordrum of Harris. He is also survived by his 15 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren; sisters, Evelyn and Doris. He is preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and three sisters.
