Judy Faye Warfe was born September 7, 1941, in Wise, Virginia, the daughter of Wayne and Mary (Hamilton) Warfe. She was united in marriage to Ben F. Phillips on August 22, 1958, in Wise, Virginia.
Judy was a member of New Life Baptist church. She was a wonderful homemaker and enjoyed collecting angels, frogs, state spoons and dolls. However, her greatest joy was her loving family and spending time with them attending their many activities. She also enjoyed fellowship dinners, trips with church members and special friends Sandy and Floyd.
Memorials may be made to the family.
Those left to cherish her memory include her loving husband of nearly 53 years, Ben; a son, Frankie Phillips, Davenport; her loving grandchildren, Tony (Hannah) Phillips, Davenport, Gregory (Kristina) Phillips, Davenport, and Jeffrey Phillips, Davenport; and one great-grandson Wyatt. Her brother, Dan Warfe, Marion, Va., stepsister, Katherine King of Indiana, sister-in-law, Doris (Buddy) King, Davenport, a nephew, Buddy of Ohio; and nieces, Faye and Carolene, both of Davenport.
She was preceded in death by an infant daughter Barbara Faye Phillips, 3 brothers and her parents. May they rest in peace.
