Caldonia Middleton Lewis, 93, Bradenton died July 7, 2011. Visitation 6:00-8:00pm, Tuesday, July 12, at Westside Funeral Home, 204 7th Street, West, Palmetto, Fla. Services 12:00noon, Wednesday, July 13, at Turner Chapel AME Church, 317 11th Street, West, Palmetto. Interment Mansion Memorial Park, Ellenton, FL. Arrangements by Westside Funeral Home.
Caldonia taught school for 45 years in Palmetto, Tampa and Sarasota, Florida. She was a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.,
She was the one of fourteen children born to Edward and Carrie Clark Middleton, Sr. She leaves to mourn her husband (Steve Lewis), daughter (Jennifer Lewis) brother (Roy V. Middleton, Sr.) and a host of relatives and friends.
