Mrs. Ethel Wennell Granger, 68, of 546 Pearl Street, died at 6p.m. Thursday at her home.
She was born June 14, 1891, in Benton Harbor, the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Case. She married Frederick Granger, Dec. 3, 1918, in South Bend, Indiana, where they resided for a short time. He preceded her in death May 12, 1936.
Mrs. Granger is survived by a daughter, Miss Dorothy Granger with whom she made her home; three sons, Donald of St. Joseph, Arthur H. of Coloma and Robert of Dowagiac. Two sons also preceded her in death.
Other survivors include a brother, Howard Case of St. Joseph; three sisters, Mrs. Terry Tucker of Benton Harbor, Mrs. Charles Burns of Eau Claire, and Mrs. Wilbert Kuehl of Coloma; and eight grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2p.m. in the Florin funeral home, with burial in North Shore Memory Gardens.

Granger Rites Held
Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon in the Florin funeral home for Mrs. Ethel Wennell Granger, 68, of 546 Pearl street, who died Thursday at her home.
The Rev. Ellis Marshburn, pastor of the First Presbyterian church, officiated. Mrs. George Rahn presided at the organ.
Casket bearers were Marvin Tucker, Charles Burns, Charles Brunston, George Krieger, Edward Zablocki, and John Tucker.
Burial was in the Garden of Gethsemane in North Shore Memory Gardens.
Among those attending the services from out of town were Mr. and Mrs. Robert Granger and Mr. and Mrs. Edward Zablocki, all of Dowagiac; Mr. and Mrs. Charles Burns of Eau Claire; Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Tucker and Mr. and Mrs. Charles Brunson, all of Watervliet; and Mrs. John Tucker of Coloma.
