Bill Howard was the beloved son of Arnold Howard and Winnie Corbitt Howard. Bill had three brothers ~ Elmer Howard of Baldwin, Arkansas ~ Tom Howard of Fayetteville, Arkansas and Bobby Howard of Elkins, Arkansas.

Bill was united in marriage with his beautiful wife Janie Sue Jones on December 20, 1983 at the First Baptist Church in Rogers, Arkansas.

Bill was blessed with two sons and one daughter ~ Gary and wife Mary Howard of Fayetteville, Arkansas ~ Larry and wife Lynne Howard of Ponte Vedre Beach, Florida and Cynthia and husband Mark Lofton of Sioux City, Iowa. Nine Grandchildren and four Great-Grandchildren.

Bill lived in Rogers, Arkansas for the last 40 years and worked for Shipley Baking Company, Manager of the Jan-Lin Drive In and also work for Tyson Foods. He also sold Real Estate.

He was a member of the Elks Lodge and the Masonic Lodge.

He and Janie Sue were members of the First Baptist Church of Rogers, Arkansas.
