Ruby was a real estate agent, a good mother and
a good soul.
Survivors are children, Dennis M. Lambert and Brenda Lambert Scott, and one granddaughter, Jeanie.

Ruby had one brother, Allen G. McPhail, Jr. of Jackson MS and one sister,(cremated), Ruth Elizabeth McPhail Steffy of Ft. Lauderdale FL, her twin sister, that was born the same day and passed away on the same day.

Her first beloved husband, Hollis L. Lambert died in 1964. She married again, to Leslie Henderson.
MADISON - Ruby Lambert Henderson, 79, a Realtor, died of a stroke Thursday, March 26, 1998, at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson.

Services were held Saturday at Lakewood Funeral Home Chapel in Jackson with interment in Lakewood Memorial Park in Jackson.

A native of Crystal Springs, Mrs. Henderson was a member of Alta Woods United Methodist Church and had lived in the Jackson area all of her life.

Survivors include her husband, Leslie Estill Henderson of Madison; son, Dennis Michael Lambert of Jackson; daughters,
Brenda Lambert Scott of Jackson, Ouida Alford of Brandon and Jo Ann Kling of Clinton; brother, Allen G. McPhail Jr. of Jackson; sister, Ruth M. Steffey of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.; and three grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Catholic Charities Inc., 748 North President Street, Jackson, MS 39202.
