George F. Alexander
George F. Alexander, retired farmer near Middletown, died at the Frederick Hospital Sunday afternoon, aged 87 years.
He was the son of Francis and Lydia (Smith) Alexander, Middletown.
Surviving are daughter, Mrs. Edward Stevens, near Middletown; son, Guy Alexander; sisters, Mrs. Margaret Sterner, Mrs. Cadzille Young, Mrs. Catherine Kline, Boonsboro; brothers, Lawson, Middletown; Leslie, Boonsboro; ten grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
The funeral will be conducted at the Middletown Funeral Home Tuesday at 2 p. m., the Rev. Howard McCarney officiating, with interment in the Reformed Cemetery, Middletown.
