Mrs. Eula Mae Steverson Albritton, 89, of Cave Spring, Georgia, formerly of Waycross, Georgia was called home to be with the Lord Thursday, June 30, 2011.

She was born March 31, 1922, in Telfair County, Georgia to the late Ronnie Rowell and Jett "James" Steverson. Mrs. Albritton was a former resident of Waycross and had made her home in Cave Spring since 1978. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Cave Spring.

Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Andrew J. Albritton, a daughter Nell Collins, and two sisters, Bell Waters, and Lucille Dixon.

She is survived by three sons, Edd Albritton, James Albritton, both of Yulee, Florida, Doyle Albritton of Cave Spring, Georgia, five daughters, Dale Albritton of Rome, Georgia, Alice Tuckerman and her husband Doug of Centre, Alabama, Elaine Glass and her husband Marvin of Kannapolis, North Carolina, Jo Brownlow of Cave Spring, Georgia, Billie Chambers and her husband Rodney of Cartersville, Georgia, eleven grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren, seven great-great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, a very special friend, Karen Stevenson, a beloved dog "Buster", and adoptive daughters Patricia Jones, Frankie Rimer and Donna Davis.

A funeral service will be held 2 p.m., Sunday in the Miles-Odum Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Willacoochee Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday evening from 5-8 p.m., at the Miles-Odum Funeral Home.
