Helen, passed away, after a long illness, at her long time home in Merit Mississippi. She was a retired junior high school teacher in Mendenhall having taught biology for many many years.
She receiving her B.S. at the Mississippi University for Women. She married C.W."Bill" May, a W.W.ll Navy veteran, after having met him once, a number of years before and meeting again, and settled in Merit Mississippi.
They were members of the United Methodist Church in Mendenhall.
They had one son, John M. May.
she was a good woman, devoted wife, mother and teacher to hundreds that were fortunate to cross her path.
