Professional Hall of Fame Hockey Player. He played goalie for such teams as Ottawa Shamrocks (1920 to 1924), Ottawa Senators (1924 to 1933), Detroit Falcons (1931 to 1932), New York Americans (1933 to 1934), and Montreal Maroons (1934 to 1937). He was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1958.
