SIBLEY - Ronald Dean Adams, 55, of Mount Zion, died at 1:55 a.m. yesterday (July 12, 1993) in the emergency room of St. Mary's Hospital, Decatur.

His funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Graceland/Fairlawn Funeral Home, Decatur, the Rev. Steve Barton officiating. Military rites will be by Decatur Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 99.

Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, where a Masonic service will be by Macon Masonic Lodge 8 AF & AM. He will be cremated.

He is son of Glenn Ellsworth and Lena Irene Havener Adams. Ron married Lois Marie Steinberg on Dec. 10, 1960 in Cropsey, IL. They had two beautiful daughters.

He served in the Korean War and was a Member of Decatur Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 99. He was a member of Macon Masonic Lodge 8, AF & AM.

Mr. Adams was an industrial painter and owner/operator of R.D. Adams Inc. Homebuilders, Decatur.

Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or to a Shriners Hospital for Crippled Children
