Dora Ann DeVries,43,of Beulah,died March 9,1991, in an automobile accident west
of Gaylord.

Funeral will be 2p.m. Wednesday March 13,at the Alba United Methodist Church.
Pastor Sam McClellan will officiate and burial will be in Star Township Cemetery,Alba.

The former Dora Ann Stoops was born Feb 29,1948,in Frankfort,the daughter of William
and Hilma (Palcich)Stoops. She grew up in Frankfort and had lived in Grand Rapids
where she had been employed in a nursing home.She recently moved to Beulah.

Mrs.DeVries was a member of Bethany Lutheran Church in Grand Rapids where she sang
in the church choir.

She enjoyed music, and latch hooking.

She is survived by her parents;William Stoops and Hilma Stoops,both of Frankfort;
her maternal grandmother Anna Olson of Interlochen who raised her;two daughters
Tammy Martindale of Grand Rapids and Bethany Rigney,at home;one son,Kevin Rigney of
Grand Rapids;two grandchildren;her sister,Mrs Walter (Linda)Olds of Elmira;one brother,
Arthur Stoops of Interlochen;several aunts,uncles and nephews.

Memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society or the American Lung
Association. Envelopes for that purpose are available at the Paullin Funeral
Home in Mancelona where friends may call 7-9pm today and 10am-9pm on Tuesday.
