Lorenzo Adán García, beloved husband, father, and grandfather was called home by our Heavenly Father on Saturday, March 20, 2004, while surrounded by his loving family.
Lorenzo Adan was a life long resident of Algodones.
Lorenzo is survived by his wife, Casilda "Cathy" of the family home, four sons, Johnny R. García and his wife, Margaret, Mark García, Anthony García and Sammy García and his wife, Patricia, one daughter, Michelle García and her husband, Albert, grandchildren, Johhny, Joseph, Josh and John Michael, grandson, Damien and granddaughters, Samanta, Vanessa, Alea and Ariel. Also surviving are two brothers, Nestor and Alex and one sister, Dolores Moore and her husband, Bob.
The Rosary will be recited on Sunday evening at 7:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, 301 S. Camino del Pueblo in Bernalillo. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Monday at 10:00 a.m., also at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church. Interment will follow at the Algodones Cemetery. Casket bearers will be Johnny P. García, Joseph García, Gary Tafoya, Joseph Durán and Herman Tafoya. Honorary bearers will be Ignacio Salazar, Perfecto Tafoya, Joshua Baca García and Tony Leyba.
